Visiting

Hearing that Caz was having a hard time did not make Alice happy. The boy had been through enough. He deserved some peace. So she invited him over, along with Rebecca, Stephanie and Sweep.

She cooked a late dinner, then set about to wait for them. Caz had mentioned that Stephanie and Sweep had news. There were only so many things THAT could be. She sat back in her chair, smiling softly and waiting.
